Once your credit card machine arrives at our repair facility, determination of Remanufacturing versus Preventative Maintenance is determined through diagnosed upon receiving; if any Part(s) need 'Replacing' it automatically goes to Remanufacturing - to bring the unit to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer/Manufacturing) standards. This insures your processing unit will be repaired to its 'original standards'.

Upon request, prior to any work being done a detailed list of repairs can be sent for each unit; otherwise when shipped repair(s) will be listed on diagnostic repair ticket when the unit is returned. If unit is in need of major repair for PCB board, modem, etc. (due to water damage shorting internal parts or electrical surge) you will be notified prior to any work being completed.
